My journey began with an innate love for food as medicine. While exploring my own health concerns beyond conventional medicine, I discovered the profound impact that nutrition has on overall wellbeing.
It was during this exploration my intuition and interest led me to obtain a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and practice with a focus on Gut, Skin and Mind Health. My experience and skills have evolved through years of working within prestigious wellness clinics, whole-food businesses, and premium natural supplement brands, refining my ability to
create effective, high-impact nutrition strategies designed for real results.
