Jacinta is a Clinical Nutritionist specialising in gut, skin, and mind health, with a particular focus on women’s wellbeing, ADHD-friendly nutrition, and longevity.

Her work blends evidence based clinical nutrition with lived experience and a deeply intuitive understanding of the body, supporting women to feel grounded, energised, and confident from within. Jacinta’s approach is integrative and practical, designed to fit real lives rather than idealised routines.

As the founder of Nutrition With Jacinta, she supports clients through personalised clinical nutrition, science led protocols, and simple daily rituals that create meaningful, lasting change. Her work spans 1:1 consulting, education, media contributions, and recipe development, all guided by a philosophy of nourishment, clarity, and sustainable lifestyle design.

Jacinta has been featured on My Kitchen Rules 2025 and contributes to Women’s Fitness Australia. Her mission is simple: to help women support their bodies, restore their energy and radiance, and reconnect with a centred mind without restriction or pressure
