Jacinta Radziejewski, Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional Medicine), practises as an unregistered health practitioner in New South Wales and complies with the NSW Code of Conduct for Unregistered Health Practitioners, set out in Schedule 3 of the Public Health Regulation 2022 (NSW).

The Code sets minimum standards of conduct and practice, including that practitioners:

- provide services in a safe and ethical manner

- do not make claims to cure serious illness

- refer clients to other health practitioners when appropriate

- keep appropriate records and protect client privacy

- do not financially exploit clients
