I keep my private client list small so every client has my full attention. Places open as they become available.

Do I need to be in Sydney?
No. Most sessions are online, so you can work with me from anywhere. Sydney clients can also choose in-person sessions and an in-home pantry reset.

Is testing included?
I'll recommend the tests that are right for you. Lab fees are billed separately, so you only pay for what you need.

Why six or twelve months?
Real change takes time to build and longer to hold. A longer partnership means we can test, adjust and make your new habits effortless.
